The Cloister Shoppe carries three kinds of soaps: clear glycerin, shea butter and goat’s milk. Soaps are a generous four ounces, poured into a slab mold and then the scored sections are hand cut.  All done by hand by the Sisters. That’s why our soaps don’t look like they come off of a production line! No two soaps are alike.

We offer nearly 20 different scents and unscented, too! Some scents are classics like Lavender, Cloister Garden or Mary's Mantle. Others are seasonal like Lily of the Valley or Sugar Plum

We also offer all-natural Liquid Hand Soap in two scents: Milk ‘n Honey and Lavender. Our Liquid Hand Soap is individually poured in reusable  7.5 ounce pump bottles.

Seignadou Soaps are made with the highest quality ingredients. While not “all-natural” they are gentle to your skin and customers remark on their healing qualities!

Shea Butter Glycerin Soaps—78% naturally derived ingredients
Propylene Glycol, Sorbitol, Water, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Laurate, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter),  Titanium Dioxide, Fragrance, colorants made of pigments, natural herbs and powders (such as madder root, orange peel powder, etc.) and/or micas.

Variations:
Gardener’s Soap: pumice, cornmeal, lemon extract
Cleansing Facial Soap: colloidal oatmeal, kaolin clay, vitamin E, essential oil of Lavender
Shaving Soap: kaolin clay, Lanthanol LAL Powder

Goat’s Milk Soaps—78% naturally derived ingredients
Propylene Glycol, Sorbitol, Water, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Laurate, Glycerin, Goat Milk,  Titanium Dioxide, Fragrance, colorants made of pigments, or natural herbs and powders (such as madder root, orange peel powder, etc.) and/or micas.

Variations:
Simply Soap: does not contain fragrance or colorants
Clear Glycerin Soaps—78% naturally derived ingredients
This soap does not contain detergents and does not make any claims outside of being soap. Therefore it is regulated by Consumer Product Safety Commission and the ingredients are listed as a courtesy. If you do not make claims on your bar, you are not required by regulation to list the ingredients.
