We send orders out within two weeks, often within a few days. However, please expect delays of up to a week during the busy Christmas season.

We are closed on all Sundays and Holy Days. Other closures will be posted on the main page (i.e. our annual retreat, Easter Triduum, Christmas Octave, etc.)

We accept payments by credit card and in special circumstances by check*. 
We do not ship orders COD.

*If payment by check we must have the payment first before we ship your items out. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Shipping Policy
Please understand all ordering and shipping procedures before you place your order. 

All orders domestic are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  We do not ship orders on the days we are closed. Point of departure is New Jersey. If you need your shipment by a certain date, please allow sufficient time for your order to reach you.

Our experience is that Priority Mail is very reliable. Most orders reach customers within 2 days of being sent out. If you select UPS Ground, your order should reach you within 7 days of being shipped.

Damaged items:  In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged items or refund the purchase price at our discretion. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BOX OR ANY OF THE PACKING MATERIALS. To assist us in submitting a damage claim to USPS or UPS, you must save the box and all original packing materials. USPS or UPS may require that the box, item(s), and packing materials be brought to a post office to verify the damage. Please send us photographs of the damage, and retain the damaged goods and packing materials.

Missing Items: If an item you purchased is missing from your order, you have 14 days upon delivery to notify us. If you do not notify us within the 14 days we have the right to simply refund you for the missing item and not ship you a new one as the item may not be available anymore, especially in the case of our Advent Candles.

Missing Packages: Missing packages are of two kinds: packages that disappear in transit and packages that disappear after having been marked delivered by USPS. 
1. Packages that disappear in transit are subject to the same policy articulated above with respect to damaged items. 
2. We are not able to take responsibility for missing packages that have been marked as delivered by the USPS tracking system. Most often these packages turn out to have been stolen. You may opt to add signature confirmation to your order to reduce further the likelihood of this unusual occurrence. 

International customers are responsible for all Customs/Duty tax and brokerage fees for orders. 

Fees incurred as a result of the customer's error (i.e. providing an incorrect address, etc) must be paid before future orders can be filled. If you place an order and we have a pending charge on file for you we will not ship the new order until your account is up to date.

Privacy Policy
We do not sell or distribute our customer list to anyone. 

Return Policy
We do not accept returns.

New Jersey Residents
You will be charged tax in the amount of 6.875%. If you wish to be exempt from New Jersey taxes, you must complete a Certificate of Exemption and mail it to us. We will keep it on file.

Catalog
We do not maintain a printed catalog. All in stock items are listed online.
